Litigation Mediation
Reservation Deposit
A reservation deposit of $200.00 per party is required to hold a date more than two weeks in advance or to hold a holiday indicated on the calendar. This deposit will be applied to remainder of the mediator's fee on the date of mediation.
This deposit is transferrable in the event of rescheduling, or refundable with advance notice of cancellation.
Advance notice means notice given 7 or more business days prior to the scheduled mediation date.
The deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee if advance notice is not given. An invoice will be sent via email for payment.
Please pay the balance of the mediation fee two weeks prior to mediation.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be given 7 or more business days prior to the scheduled mediation date.
The total cancellation fee is $450.00 for a Half Day and $700.00 for a Full Day. If the cancellation if agreed, each party will be billed half of the above fee, or the reservation deposit will be retained. If the cancellation or absence is unilateral, the full fee will be charged to that party.
