Family Law Mediation
Don't let the court decide what happens with your family and your future.
Mediation is a process to find solutions uniquely tailored to your situation. A judge must follow the law, and the one size fits all approach of the Texas Family Code may not be your best fit. Mediation gives you and your spouse, or child's other parent, the time and space for someone to listen to the details. With that information, a skilled mediator will help craft a settlement that works for you, your children, and your finances. The judge's hands are tied by rigid statutes. Your mediation outcome is tied to the strength of your mediator and your own will to work it out and stay in control of your family’s future.
